Refractor

A type of parallel card with a distinctive rainbow or prismatic finish that refracts light. Originally introduced by Topps in their Finest product line in the 1990s, refractors have become the signature parallel of Topps Chrome products. They come in multiple tiers of rarity — from standard refractors to gold, orange, red, and the coveted one-of-one superfractor. Refractors are among the most recognizable and liquid parallels in the hobby.
